Production and dispatch

Made to order in India. Estimated production and dispatch within 25–30 business days. Transit time is provided separately.

We do not quote a delivery date at the time of order. The 25–30 business day window covers production and dispatch from our workshop in India only. Transit time depends on destination and service level, and is confirmed separately once the rug is ready to ship.

Freight, duties and taxes

Freight is quoted by size and destination. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have agreed otherwise in a trade quote.

Made-to-order and returns

Because each rug is woven after the order is placed, made-to-order and custom pieces are not stock items. Our returns terms will reflect that, and will be published in full before checkout opens. Manufacturing faults and shipping damage will always be covered.

Each rug is made by hand, so finished dimensions may vary slightly and colour may read differently between batches, lighting and screens.
